It was another week of elimination on American Idol and we’re proud to say #TeamJacob made it another week. Hopefully, next week Jacob will return with the big songs and big vocals that we won us over in the beginning.
As usual, American Idol featured special celebrity guest tonight as well and this week Katy Perry took the stage with her extranormourous mega hit ‘ET’ along with a surprise appearance by the one and only Kanye West who is featured on the remix which currently sits at #2 on the Itunes charts. The stage set and show was amazing and Katy sounded great!.
With the help of ”a big head astronaut” named Kanye West, Katy Perry is on a galactic voyage in space in her brand new video for ”E.T.” from her Platinum selling album “Teenage Dream”.

As promised, Kanye West released another new song yesterday via twitter. Kanye announced that he would be releasing a new song every Friday until Christmas labeling Fridays as ‘G.O.O.D. Friday’. The new track “Monster” features Jay-Z, Rick Ross, & Nicki Minaj. Two Words…NICKI SLAYS! In the verse Nicki mocks a very familiar female Rapper voice…
“Let me get this straight, WAIT, I’m the rookie? But my features and my shows 10xs your pay. 50k for a verse, no album out. Yeah my money so tall, that my barbie got to climb it, hotter than a Middle Eastern climate.”
There’s no ifs, ands, or buts about it, Mixtapes are IN! As Kanye West readys his long return with his new yet to be named 5th studio album, Kanye’s keeping his name in everybodys mouth by dropping the “G.O.O.D. ASS” Mixtape with his longtime friend/collaborator/blogger Perajok.
The G.O.O.D. Ass Mixtape features 30 tracks of music and skits from artists signed to West’s G.O.O.D. Music label, including Kid Cudi, John Legend, GLC, Big Sean, Fonzworth Bentley, Tony Williams, and Mr Hudson among others.
The MTV VMA Award nominations have been announced and Lady Gaga leads the pack making MTV nominee history for the most VMA nominations any artist has ever received! With a nod of 13 nominations this year it’s going to be Lady Gaga v/s Lady Gaga! Not only is Facebook the center of attention of a new movie coming out in October but also the center of attention of a mini performance that was given by the Hip Hop artist Kanye West. This past Monday, Kanye West stopped by the Headquarters of Facebook and blessed the Facebook employees with a preview of three new songs from his forthcoming fifth studio album GOOD ASS JOB which included‘Lost in the World’, ‘Chain Heavy’, and ‘Sweat on My Face’.
