I’ve said this before in a previous article but I’ll say it again. Jamie Foxx is one of a very few artist that can release an album in December with less than 2 weeks of promotions and kill the Billboards. In case you didn’t know, jamie has a new album coming out on next Tuesday, December 21st! Today Jamie Foxx along with superstar Hip Hop artist Drake took to the Ellen Degeneres Show to perform his new single “Fall for You type”. Check out the performance after the jump.Read the full story

After the dullest performance of the night from Country singer Taylor Swift, the fancy crew, MAry J Blige, Swizz Beats, and Drake came and save the show with their performance of “You Fancy – The Remix”. It’s amazing to see all of the new artist and older artist that’s been out (especially black women) and to see Mary J Blige still on the top!
Another hot track has leaked from The Teflon Don Due on this Tuesday July 20th. This version may or may not appear on the album which features a sickening verse from Drake that is called “Paris Morton Music”. I had to share this with y’all because I have been singing it all day. I’m thinking Officer Ricky is gonna have the hottest album of the summer!

As we tweet and write right now, In New York Drake is somewhere behind stage or in his dressing room JUST SITTING! He was scheduled to perform in New York city with a free concert tonight; however, after a fight(s) broke out in the crowd where thousands of fans waited for the concert to get started, New York Police shut the concert down before it even began.
About and hour ago, Drake tweeted “Police are shutting down the show at South Seaport! I’m on my way anyways…Drizzy Hendrix Woodstock 2010″ and then continued by saying “NYPD will not let me go on stage tonight. I am so dissapointed. To all the devoted fans that came out I wish you could have seen what I had planned! Until next time”
Drakes highly anticipated album “Thank Me Later” hits stores and online today and could possibly be the biggest selling album of the year to date.
If you’ve been tuned in to the entertainment blogosphere then more than likely you’ve heard the drama that’s been going on between the Queen B Lil Kim and her protege copycat Nicki Minaj.
Last week at a concert in NY, Ray-J (of all people) had referenced Nicki Minaj biting Lil Kim’s style. At that same concert Kim came out on stage with a pink wig on and told her fans, “You know who started this shit.” Then after rapping to “Crush On You”, she pulled off the wig and flung it into the crowd. “They can have this,’ she said. ‘I’m above this, and I can move on to bigger and better things.” Since the concert, the rumors have been rampid about the beef between the two although Nicki has been pretty num about the situation. Even Nicki’s Young Money brother Drake decided to put his Canadian two cents in it. Recently at a concert in Connecticut, Drake spoke to Nicki Minaj and the crowd on stage declaring Nicki “the baddest chick to ever do this shit (rap)” (WHERE THEY DO THAT AT?) and then went on to say he didn’t give a fuck what Lil Kim or whoever else said anything different.
Well finally with all the soundbites, 1 & 2 minute video clips, and even a fake Lil Kim twitter impersonator who’s been attacking Nicki Minaj on the popular social network site, the REAL Lil Kim has spoken out and CLEARLY laid out her concerns. Listen to Lil Kim’s interview with ThisIs50.com below as Kim addresses her issue with Nicki and even more stunning calls Drake a “Punk Pussy” for talking shit as well as explains her relationship with Diddy.
WorldStarHipHop.com just premiered a new video by Tierra Mari where she’s covering Young Money’s Drake single “Over” and she’s looking fine as hell! A buzzer video for her forthcoming album “At That Point” which will be out later this summer, Teairra is dressed in a two piece white bathing suit sitting on LA coastline in her beach side mansion rhyming.
Teairra’s second single “Sponsor” which is what you hear playing in the beginning of this video has gotten some spins in the club but the “Sponsor” video was allegedly banned from BET for it suggestive “gold digging” lyrics and has yet to hit the Billboard charts.
You can catch Teairra Mari next Friday in Washington, DC during DC Black Gay Pride as she will be performing at DC Star along with Universal recording artist Mika Means, and gay rapper Brynt.
Check out the second single from Canadian Rapper/Singer Drake forthcoming album “Thank Me Later” which will be in stores and online June 15. The track is titled “Find Your Love” and was produced by Kanye West who himself is getting ready to make his long awaited comeback(cant wait).
To be honest the track sounds like something that would have been on Kanye’s 808 & Heartbreaks.
