It has been a bittersweet two weeks for the Matrix dancing R&B singer Ciara. On one hand Ciara has been blessed to see her fourth studio album, “Basic Instinct” see the day of light but on the other hand, the first week sells were very disappointing selling just 44,000 copies and landing at #44 on the Billboard 200. And to make things worst, a certain somebody at New York’s Power 105.1 is apparently erking the fcuk out of Cici. Check out what Cici had to say after the jump.

Referencing to Power 105.1 Breakfast Club newcomer Charlamagne who use to be Wendy William’s sidekick when she had her radio show, Ciara evidently heard the audio or saw the video about her when Keri Hilson was being interviewed on Power 105.1. During the bulk of the bulk of the interview, ciara remained the “keke” and topic of discussion when it came to comparing Keri and Ciara album sales and relevancy.

Ciara also unfollowed Keri Hilson on twitter after they had just supposedly had made up from a year or two of cat arguments/fights. Check out the interview below.

Ciara’s new album “Basic Instinct” is now avalailble in stores and online. As a part of her tv promo tour, she stopped by The Wendy Williams Show yesterday and chatted it up with the gossip talk show host about everything but her new album for the most part! There were so many subtle reads in this interview by Wendy. Lets see if  you kids can catch them after the jump.And this whole matrix thing is just Tired Tired Tired!!! Tomorrow Ciara will be performing live on The Ellen Show.

Ok forgive me if I do not jump for joy and relief that R&B singer, Ciara, is finally getting it together but damn! GIRL! Get your management TOGETHER! #TakeNotesFromRihanna… With that said, Ciara annoucned on her Ustream last night that she is, in fact, releasing her SERIAL delayed album ‘Basic Instinct’ on December 14th! We can all say ‘Yaaaay’, right? Well here’s hoping that the “Queen of Dance”, as her fans now call her, can pull it together and dance sing her way back onto the charts and into the hearts of her fans worldwide. She’s still cute though. Get into that pose! Chuckles…

After the video was leaked via HipHopConnection.com and then snatched down by Sony, it looks like Ciara’s team decided to go ahead and release the official video via VEVO instead of waiting until Tuesday. Good choice Cici. this video is TOO HOT to wait to be released! Enjoy!

Ciara’s new video “Gimme Dat” will premiere this Tuesday on VEVO and from the looks of the teaser, the video may just give her album promotions the juice it has been yearning for. Lets hope so at least! In a warehouse working and sweating it out to the beats, Ciara and her crew of men are stepping their ass off in this teaser. And yes there is a glimpse of her in the video doing her signature Matrix move.

The teaser definitely gives the audience some anticipation for this Tuesday’s premiere. Check it out and tell us your thoughts.

R&B singer Ciara was special guest at East High School in Memphis, TN yesterday  where the Get Schooled National Challenge & Tour campaign stopped by. During her speech to the teenagers, Ciara stressed the importance of education. Check out her inspiring words below.

After the speech, she did an impromptu performance of Chris Brown’s “Deuces” (the girls version). Of course nothing spectacular with the vocals but definitely thoughtful of her to take time out of her schedule to inspire teenagers!

Now-a-days with entertainment politics and failing careers, an artist like Ciara has to get it in any way she can. And for the MTV VMAs 2010, her way of getting it in was being the video vixen for N.E.R.D. on their hit single “Hot N Fun”. With a short chorus and her signature back bend dance move, Ciara’s performance was as good as a handful of dollars at Magic City.

Ciara will be performing for the kids Atlanta Black Pride weekend on Sunday, September 5th at The Mansion Elan aka Atlanta Live for Traxx/Traxx Girls big Pure Heat weekend and Club Europe for The Lions Den Atlanta Southern Xplosion 2010.
