Alicia Keys opened her “Elements of Freedom” tour up yesterday in New York City at Madison Square Garden and like most concerts that hit NYC, some surprise guests accommodated her, including her boo Swizz Beats, Beyonce, and Jay-Z.
While Alicia was performing “Put it in a Love Song” which features the Mega diva Beyonce, Beyonce showed up and showed out. It looked a bit strange with Alicia on stage with just 3 dancers alone but Bey added the spice to the performance. Check it out.
Alicia’s boo, Swizz Beatz, was also in the building and made a guest cameo in-between Alicia’s set of “Empire State of Mind” and then introduced the Mayor of Hip Hop himself, Jay-Z. The concert looked really exciting for the fans.
Alicia ontinues on her near 3 month tour up until May 7th, ending it in Berlin Germany. For the full list of concert dates check out AliciaKeys.com.

Lady Gaga continues to entertain the kids with her new video for her single “Telephone“. This “short film” is filled with dancing, dykes, colors, and of course Beyonce… About 9 minutes and 30 seconds long it is a play off of The Kill Bill movies. The video was very creative and even though I may have my opinions about Beyonce the video was dope. Mrs. Knowles stepped out her box and actually did shit she should have been doing. She gave me everything I need to enjoy the video and of course GaGa was the star! Check It Out! Let me know what you think???

Last Wednesday at our 1Love1heart Haiti Benefit concert, attendees had the opportunity to hear R&B singer JC’s new single “Vote for Me” live. The track is now available for download and features Atlanta rapper Yung Joc.
JC is currently working on his new album “Voicemail”. In an interview with WhatsTheT JC stated “The album is basically done, but I plan to continue working on it until it makes the most sense from a business stand point to release it. I’m really focusing more on releasing at least 2 singles “Internationally” this year and building up my company No.2 Pencil Muzik, LLC.”
Check out the hot new track and also download it for free!

One of my favorite songs of 2010 is B.o.B.’s “Nothing on You”. The video to the song premiered yesterday via YouTube. The song is burning the radio and currently sits at #37 on the Billboard R&B/Hip Hop chart after only 6 weeks! The track features Bruno Mars on the vocals as B.o.B. explains his travels and all of the beautiful girls he’s met and seen but at the end of the day they have nothing on that one special girl! The song samples Common’s 2005 track “Go”.
B.o.B. debut album is scheduled for release in the U.S. on April 27th entitled “B.o.B Presents The Adventures of Bobby Ray”. I’m anxious to hear what the rest of the album will bring. Your thoughts?
That uber sexy, hot boy, mix tape artist on the rise Steph Jones has been busy lately and the one of the end results is a new music video for his song ‘La La Means’.
Kamal Robinson, one of Stephs directors ask Mr. Jones to do a little bit in front of the green screen while shooting the video for ‘Get Me Started’. And to Steph’s surprise, the talented Mr. Robinson had created a video from that short clip.
‘La La Means’ was written by Steph and The Dream and produced by Tricky Stewart. Now its my favorite song from his mixtape ‘Gravity’. Make sure you guys go and download it here: STEPH JONES GALAXY
This has quickly became one of my favorites by Mr. Jones.
