“Boss Ladies” produced by Red Label Media Group is the newest project to join the growing list of reality tv shows. Unlike any other show, Boss Ladies follows the trials and tribulations of 5 transgendered women hoping to open their own boutique on Rodeo Dr. in Los Angeles, California. Based out of Atlanta these women each bring their own unique personalities and stories to the project. Not much information has been revealed as to what station the show will be featured on, but more info should be available within the upcoming weeks. The show is said to be a mix of “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” and “Project Runway”. Check out 3 of the 5 ladies introduction video below.

Tyra Banks recently had Beyonce on her show where they talked about her record-breaking six Grammy Award wins, her P.D.A. for Jay-Z, her new fragrance line, the Michael Jackson tribute, etc.

As we all saw during the Grammys, Beyonce shocked everyone, including hubby Jay-Z, with her over the top expression of love for him. You could tell she was so excited about her win that she mistakenly broke one of her ‘relationship rules’!

Lady Gaga gave another stellar performance as she sung “Dancing In The Dark” at the Brit Awards. She dedicated her performance to the late Alexander McQueen. It was very emotional and theatrical performance. Take a look after the jump.

Rihanna stopped by the Ellen DeGeneres Show today to perform her song “Rude Boy”. She sure does know how to whine and grind them hips! Rihanna looks more comfortable performing this song than any other song I’ve seen her perform recently. I guess that island feel to the song and video gave her an extra boost! I loved it! Tonight (2/14/2010), some of the NBA’s most talented players gathered in the Cowboys Stadium to play in the worlds most famous “pick up game” of basketball. After a nail biting final few minutes, it was the EAST who walked away with the win 141-139. In what was a record number crowd of 108,713, Dwayne Wade (Guard- Miami Heat) was announced as this years Most Valuable Player scoring 28 points, 11 assists and 6 rebounds.

Usher performed his new song called “More” and “Yeah” during the opening of the game while Shakira and Alicia Keys performed during Halftime. Check Out the pictures and performances below…

Rihanna defies all odds and throws the haters another curve ball. “Rudeboy” is the official 3rd single off the Rated R album and Miss Fenty decided to step away from the dark and edgy look and add an array of colorful images, visuals, and ascetic. Rudeboy is one of the more bright and fun tracks on the album. Rockin long brown hair, riding a zebra, and just about naked, Rihanna continues to entertain us.  The video should be airing in a few weeks, the single was released for airplay on February 8th.

My..My…MY… The GODS over at Oprah.com has granted us an early look at Fantasia performing her new track “Even Angels” on the Oprah show.

We posted the song yesterday. Fantasia is definitely BACK!!!! As I said before, this songs shows us another side of Fantasia, a pop side. The performance was very emotional and Tasia nailed it by not over singing the track but giving us what we needed when we needed it. You will see at the end of the performance, Fantasia even shed a tear. THIS IS a #1 BILLBOARD POP & R&B SONG SONG!

Rihanna hits the carpet in a cream Elie Saab dress that was reminscent of Lady Gaga’s black MTV music awards outfit, but none the less she looked great. She was not asked to perform… Most likely due to her incident with Chris Brown last year which caused her to miss her performance last year.

Lady Gaga stepped out a black drop top convertible in this creation, rumored to be designed by Armani. I actually love this look on her. She can get away with some much shit and make it work.

Carrie Hilson (I know how it’s spelled) wore this nude colored dress that was actually cute even though I don’t feature her. Unfortunately she dressed up for nothing because she left empty handed. Miss No Grammy Baby!

Melanie Fiona looked absolutely beautiful on the carpet. She wore a draping black wrap around dress with her hair pinned up. Her cd is amazing. She deserved to win atleast one Grammy. Her time will come.

Mary J. Blige has been rocking fuchsia everything lately… She wore a form fitting dress and made sure she kept her stomach tucked in, cause she was cutting it close. She performed during the show for Haiti’s relief efforts and did a wonderful job.

*rolls eyes… This is my say something nice challenge… Beyonce wore a bone colored dress that was very nicely detailed. She looks more curvy than usually, I guess her tour must be over so she’s just chilling. Her performance was less than stellar. The woman can sing her ass off, but I need to see her dance, shake, or gyrate and slang some juices at the camera to a beat.

Miley Cyrus is all grown up… She is currently filming her last season of Hannana Montana and has plans to move into a more grown up genre of acting. She actually looks older than she is on the carpet with this brown lace front wig she borrowed from Beyonce’s Destiny Fulfilled tour.

The young lady of the night, Taylor Swift, shut down Beyonce and Lady Gaga by winning Album of The Year. Taylor Swift exudes innocents and sincerity and is always appropriately dressed on the red carpet. Congrats!

Ledisi is one of the most underrated artist out today. Her beautiful voice is amazing and she always gives us a sexy but classy look on the carpet.

India.Arie made an appearance, but her dress was sort of frompy on her and I just don’t see it for her. I prefer her in her natural state. NEXT!

Pink was one of the best dressed on the red carpet. She matched from head to toe literally in a grey to black dress. She performed during the beginning of the show and slanging juices all over the crowd while she rocked out in the middle of the air.

Ke$ha was just happy to be at the Grammy’s… She has the no. 1 song in the country “Tic Tok”… She looked okay, but I would have wore something else. She was channeling hoodrat in heels to say the least.

Overall, the Grammy’s and the performances were mediocre. There was no major highlights, but I enjoyed talking shit on twitter with my friends and laughing at all the random #shade that was being thrown throughout the night. Congratulations to all the winners…

Fantasia VH1 Promo Shot

As we’ve been telling you for a while now, Fantaia’s new reality show “Fantasia For Real” debuts on VH1 on January 11th but you don’t have to wait until then to see it!

VH1 has released a sneak premier of the first episode titled “No More Freebies”. As a true fan of Fantasia, I was a bit scared when I heard she had a reality show coming out in fear of what kind of editing would be done in the show but from the looks of this premier, this is going to be a good reality series for Tasia!
