The 2010 FlavaMen Blatino Awards® will be held on Friday, September 3, 2010 from 9:00pm – 11pm at Club ATL @CLUB ATL (Atlanta Peach Ballroom) 3365 Buford Highway Atlanta, GA 30329-3735 with an after party from 11pm – 4am at the same venue with a  hosts of pornstars, bloggers, and celebrities.

The award show which honors ethnic clubs, adult performers, and websites in a variety of categories is administered by Flava Works and is expected to draw thousnads in attendance with celebrity hosts Raz-B from the R&B boy band B2K, Shanell aka SnL from rapper Lil Wayne’s Young Money Entertainment, D. Woods formerly from the group Danity Kane and CJ Wright, straight male porn actor, director, and owner of the company CJ Wright Productions.

Award presenters include Bloggers Adam B. Irby, Drama Dupree, Sir Daniel, Newnue, and Romeo Redwine. Singers; Marck Angel & Anye Ellite; Celebrity Hair Stylist Dariel Pulliam, Safer Sex Activist Kenneth Johnson, and Publisher Rameses Fredrick.

Tickets to the award show are $10 online before August 31, 2010 ($20/at the door). Red Carpet VIP Tickets are $25.00 online before August 31, 2010 ($30/at the door) Red Carpet VIP Admission to the Blatino Awards includes seating on the main floor in front of the stage with the Award Nominees, photo ops with Porn Stars and Superstars, and hors d’oeuvres. The after party sponsored by the mega Atlanta promotional group Wassup N ATL will feature several live performances by major recording artists including: Kelly Rowland, Fantasia Barrino, and Dondria. Entry to the after party is included with Award show ticket purchase (No-Re-Entry).

Last night, Kelly Rowland was in Philadelphia, PA on her promotional club tour at the Bamboo Bar. Our good friend and popular You Tuber Skorpion from The Skorpion Show met Kelly for the first time and they took this hot shot photo pictured above.

Kelly performed Dilemma, a snippet of her new song Rose colored garden, and When Love Takes Over. The day before, Kelly was in New York City where she did a special ‘Wal Mart Sound Check’ for her fans. Check out this hot ass video of Kelly perfoming a new track called “I’m That Chick”.

Kelly will be performing next Friday at Club ATL (Atlanta Peach Ballroom) for WassupNATL’s MANUAL LABOR weekend celebrating Atlanta Black Pride.

Gay Men’s Health Crisis (GMHC) presented their 20th Annual House of Latex Ball last night at the Roseland Ballroom in New York City. The event included categories for competition in exhuberant expressions of dance, vogueing and modeling of fashion designs. During the past 20 years, GMHC has been able to use the Latex Ball as a great tool to reach out to thousands of attendees from the tri-state area to help raise awareness for HIV/AIDS by providing HIV testing and educational materials.

Bajan R&B/Pop singer-songwriter Shontelle was a  judge for a special vouguing competition. After doing her part on the stage Shontelle had this to say via her twitter…

Rounding out the FABOLOUS LEO season, rapper/actor Romeo Miller celebrated his 21st birthday by raising money and bringing awareness for youth with cancer at his star-studded Birthday bash at Millions of Milkshakes in West Hollywood, CA.

While making his celebrity milkshake which consisted of Reese’s Pieces, cookie dough and bananas, the media asked about his thoughts on Lindsay Lohan and Romeo had some very true words of wisdom to share. Check out the video below courtesy of X17oNLINE.

All summer long you’ve been teased via twitter and the blogosphere about the various tapings of Bravo’s hit reality show The Real Housewives of Atlanta. Well, the wait is almost over. Earlier today Bravo released photos, bios, and a preview clip of season three of The Real Housewives of Atlanta. As reported earlier this summer, two new housewives join the cast including Cynthia Bailiey, a model and close friend of Nene’s, and Phaedra Parks, an Entertainment lawyer and good friend of Dwight and Kandi. And while Lisa Wu Hartwell is out this season, Kim Zolciak, Kandi Burruss, Sheree Whitfield, and the infamous NeNe Leakes all return for enough drama to keep you entertained.

One of our insiders who wishes to remain anonymous has exclusively revealed to WhatsTheT that a movie is in the works for a screenplay titled “Cicely is Evil” written by Fantasia Barrino and Timothy McCallum. The process of the screenplay started earlier this year but it was finalized late June. The American Idol winner is in talks with Producers now for financial backing and its been said that one production company is moving forward with the project. The project may be mentioned in the second season of Fantasia For Real which airs September 19th on VH1.

After Fantasia’s very drama-filled week, the R&B singer is gearing up for a blitz of television show appearances including Good Morning America on ABC on August 24th which is the same day her third studio album “Back to Me” will be released. The album is available to preview on line now at Facebook and has received rave reviews from Billboard, NY Daily News, and That Grape Juice, just to name a few.

There are not too many black prisoners that can say they’ve been to jail twice and come out on top. But when you’re the King and have some heavy support from your label, friends and family, fans, and God anything is possible. T.I. is one of the head stars in the upcoming Action Thriller movie “Takers” and if critic reviews prove right, this will be T.I.’s biggest career jump in the movie industry.

This past weekend, T.I. was in Southampton, NY at the Axe Lounge and chopped it up with the Press about his new role in “Takers”, his favorite Hip Hop artist, and his first upcoming full length secret Axe show in NYC which was actually last night. Special guests B.o.B, Swizz Beats, and Keri Hilson all joined him for performances on stage. T.I. debuted tracks from his soon to be released album, “King Uncaged.”
