It’s been a great start to the week for the LGBT community.
Yesterday, Colorado Senate passed a Civils Union Bill that would grant same-sex couple benefits similar to that of married couples. The Bill will now go to the House side where it is also expected to be past. (Source)
Also on Monday, the Pentagon expanded benefits to same-sex partners of military personnel to include SOME services offered at various post and bases. Unfortunately, medical, dental, and housing allowance is not a part of that expansion yet… (Source)
