This past Saturday, Traxx Atlanta hosted their Annual MLK celebration in Decatur, GA with a special performance by Atlanta’s own R&B diva Monica. A crowd of over 1500 was in attendance and partied until 5am.
Monica did a 20 minutes performance set of her old and new music including “One of them Days”, “Still Standing”, and “A Dozen Roses (You Remind Me)”, just to name a few. At one point in her set, Monica even played referee between two queens who were close to fighting. Monica also let the kids know that her new album “Still Standing” will be in stores this March and she would be going on tour with BET this summer! The athmosphere was soooooo right Saturday night! Check out these two videos of Monica performing “One of them days” and ”Everything to Me”
